GIFT WRAPPING service of Les Tricots de Margot

Our gifts are presented in a pretty box with our logo “Les Tricots de Margot”. The gift box is offered with your purchase.

The gifts are carefully wrapped in a sheet of tissue paper and accompanied by a lovely greeting card on which you can write your compliments.

If you choose to send your gift directly to the home or workplace of the recipient, you will be able to type your compliments in the insert on our site for this purpose. Your compliments will be carefully handwritten on the card by our wrap service.

DELIVERY

DISPATCH
 

  1. Orders will be dispatched once your payment has cleared.
  2. On working days we aim to dispatch all orders accepted by 12 noon on the next working day providing the item is in stock.
  3. Else (and for orders received after 12 noon) we will dispatch the order in the following working day. We do not work on Saturdays and Sundays and on all UK national Bank holidays.
  4. On the rare event that the item is not in stock and that the website has allowed the order to process, we will notify you by email or phone of the delay and will give you the opportunity to change or cancel your order.

EUROPE DELIVERY  

At Les Tricots de Margot we use La poste International tracking service, and Colissimo signed for service.

  1. Delivery prices will be updated from time to time and may vary regarding the Royal Mail prices.
  2. Les Tricots de Margot might change the shipping company without prior notice to the customer.
  3. Please note that all services require signature of the recipient. In your absence the postman will leave you a card and you will need to arrange a redelivery or collect it yourself from the delivery office. Please note that the Royal Mail will normally keep a signed-for parcel for 1 week only before returning it to sender. We will resend undelivered parcels after confirming with the customers, but may charge the extra delivery if we are not at fault.

Delivery Lead Times:

  1. Royal Mail first class signed-for normal delivery time is 1-3 working days in the UK but can take longer. It is considered as lost by the royal mail only after 15 working days.
  2. Special delivery – next working day delivery by 1pm – order must be placed by 12 noon to guarantee a next day delivery.
  3. We urge Special Delivery customers to contact us after 15:00 (on the day it was supposed to arrive) if their parcel was not received, so we will be able to help them get their package.
  4. We urge First Class customers to contact us 5 working days from order date, if their parcel was not received, so we will be able to help them get their package.

For countries outside Europe, Les Tricots de Margot use Colissimo Signed For service.

  3. Please note that International Signed For service require signature of the recipient. In your absence the postman will leave you a card and you will need to arrange a redelivery or collect it yourself from the delivery office (can vary from country to country). Please note that the Internal Mail will normally keep a signed-for parcel for a certain amount of days depending on the country before returning it to sender. We will resend undelivered parcels after confirming with the customers, but may charge the extra delivery if we are not at fault.
  4. Once your parcel has arrived in the destination country it will be passed on to the internal postal service.

Delivery Lead Times:

  1. La Poste International service normal delivery time is 3-5 working days in Europe but can take longer. It is considered as lost by la Poste only after 20 working days.
  2. We urge customers to contact us 15 working days from order date, if their parcel was not received, so we will be able to help them get their package.

 


 

Returns Policy

If you wish to return any items purchased online at www.lestricotdemargot.co.uk , please follow the following steps:
 

  1. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of invoice date (UK customers); 21 days (Europe excluding UK); 28 days (Rest of the World).
  2. All items must be returned in unused and saleable condition with original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse items if they have been worn or washed.
  3. Email us at contact@lestricotsdemargot.com quoting your Order Reference No, Date order placed and Name. You will receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and a return form where to inscribe this number.
  4. Please complete the Returns Form as this will help speed up the refund process. You are entitled to a refund within 30 days of returning your item. Any comments regarding the reason for return are greatly appreciated.
  5. The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning items.
  6. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage from your post office by using Royal Mail Registered Post or similar as we cannot be held responsible for returned items that do not reach us.
  7. If you are returning a present we have to refund the person who paid for it. We are happy to exchange your gift but we will also have to inform the original purchaser.
  8. Any item purchased via telephone, mail order or internet must be returned directly to:

Return of Faulty or Incorrect Products
